Some of you may be asking, “Who’s Dan The Price Man?”. Well, let me tell you.
Hey, I’m Dan The Price Man. Me. I’m gunning for the US Presidency by 2036 or 2040. I’m an older Gen Z, some call me a conservative, but with a twist, and a guy who’s not afraid to be politically incorrect when it’s called for.
What do I like? Video games, politics, music, sales, fitness, and leadership. What does that mean, don’t worry, don’t worry. I’m getting to it, I’m about to lay it all out in detail.
By the end, I want you to join me in building a future that actually works for us, not the same old garbage we’ve been fed.

A Conservative with a Modern Edge.
Alright, let’s get the politics out of the way first, because that’s the backbone of why I’m here after all.
I’m a conservative, but don’t expect me to be some suit-and-tie traditionalist waving a flag for the good ol’ days.
My conservatism is about individualism, you being free to live your life, chase your dreams, and not have some fuckin bureaucrat breathing down your neck.
It’s about progress, but not the feel-good kind. I’m talking hardcore, industrial-strength progress: think nuclear energy powering a new American renaissance, or scientific breakthroughs that don’t get bogged down by red tape. I’m not here to preserve the past, I’m here to build a future where we’re not just scraping by.
Now for some of you, you’ll see or even smell the word “conservative” from a mile away and instantly think “Oh well, this guy hates gay/trans/etc.
He’s a monster! He’s EVIL!”. Well, I do appreciate the compliments, but no. I’m not evil. I’m not a so-called “nazi”. I may seem like to some people, but no, really, I’m not.
Will I automatically agree with your life choice? No, obviously, that’d be stupid. Will I go out of my way to make it seem like YOU’RE an evil monster? No, that’d be hypocritical.
Still don’t get it? Ok, in simpler terms: I don’t fucking care what or who you are as long as you’re reasonable to me.
Push comes to shove though? Why should I bother if you’re going to attack me?
Does that stop me from openly criticizing you and pointing out your faults? No, because that’d be cowardly.
I’m an older Gen Z, born in the good year of 2000. I grew up in the shadow of the 2008 recession, watching the American Dream get sold out from under us. I relate to millennials and even Gen X, because we’ve all been handed the same raw deal.
The boomers? Love my parents, they’re boomers. Other boomers though? Lol, lmao, no. Those fuckers sold us a bill of goods. They promised that if you worked hard, got a degree, and played by the rules, you’d make it.
Instead, we got skyrocketing debt, a housing market that laughs in our faces, and a system that seems to reward the connected, not the competent.
And the worst part? The sheer, stubborn selfishness of some boomers hoarding wealth, power, and opportunities, leaving nothing but crumbs for the rest of us. I’m pissed off about this. I’m done with the excuses, and I’m betting you are too.
Now, like I said, I’m not one to shy away from saying what needs to be said, even if it ruffles feathers. I’m politically incorrect when it’s warranted, because dancing around the truth doesn’t solve problems.
If something’s broken, I’m gonna call it out, whether it’s bloated government programs or policies that sound nice but screw over the little guy.
My focus is on solutions: cutting through the noise, embracing science, and giving power back to people who actually want to build something.
One more thing, I report and write these on a need-to-know basis. I lean towards Republicans and other Conservatives, no shit. But if it comes down to it, I just lay out the objective facts.
Moving on, let’s talk about my interests.
Video Games of Dan The Price Man
Let’s talk about something that lights me up: video games. I’m a huge fan of Team Fortress 2 (TF2) and the entire PAYDAY series. I’ve sunk more time into these titles than I care to admit, and every minute have been a wonderful experience throughout my childhood.
Take TF2. It’s a chaotic, beautiful mess of nine classes, each with their own strengths and quirks. You’ve got Scouts zipping around, Heavies laying down fire, and Spies sneaking through enemy lines.
Winning isn’t about being the best shot,it’s about reading the battlefield, knowing when to push, and coordinating with your team. I’ve played matches where a single Medic’s Ubercharge turned a losing game into a victory, or where a well-placed Engineer turret locked down an objective.
It’s like politics: you’ve got to know your team, anticipate the opposition, and seize the moment. I’ve learned more about leadership from clutch moments in TF2 than from any textbook.
The PAYDAY series? That’s my other love. I’ve spent hours in lobbies, strategizing with randoms or friends, figuring out who’s breaching the vault and who’s watching the cameras.
When it goes right, it’s pure adrenaline, when it goes wrong, you learn fast how to adapt. That’s the kind of mindset I’m bringing to Washington: meticulous prep, quick thinking, and the guts to see it through.
Music
Music is my fuel, plain and simple. Whether I’m grinding out a workout, brainstorming policy ideas, or just chilling, there’s always a track playing in the background.
It’s not just about vibe, it’s about focus. A good playlist can keep me locked in during a long day of writing for this site or planning my next move.
I’m eclectic, everything from high-energy rock to jazz like Thelonious Monk’s quirky, offbeat melodies. Music keeps me grounded, and it’s a reminder that creativity and discipline go hand in hand. Hell, I’m even a long-time drummer myself.
Favorite artists are usually the rockbands from the 60’s to the 90’s.
I especially love Rush, The Who, and a LOT of videogame OST’s.
Fitness

Fitness is non-negotiable for me. Every time I hit the gym, whether it’s lifting weights or running miles, I’m reminding myself that growth comes from pushing through the pain.
I’m not the guy who skips leg day or half-asses a workout. Every rep is a commitment to being better than I was yesterday.
This ties directly to my political vision. Plus, have you ever SEEN a poltician in the White House right now who looks like they actively workout? No? Neither have I. I’d think it be REALLY funny personally, but that’s just me.
>inb4 IRL Senator Armstrong becomes a reality.
My Vision:
Let’s get to the meat of it: what am I fighting for?

Nuclear Energy: Powering Progress
Nuclear energy is the future, and I’m not talking about some sci-fi fantasy. It’s safe, clean, and insanely efficient.
Right now, we’re limping along with fossil fuels and half-baked renewables that can’t keep up with demand. Nuclear can power our cities, our industries, and our ambitions without choking the planet.
France used to get over 70% of its electricity from nuclear. So…why can’t we? The tech is there; we just need the will to make it happen.
The problem? Fear-mongering and bureaucracy. People hear “nuclear” and think Chernobyl, but modern reactors are light-years safer.
We’re talking small modular reactors, thorium-based designs, and fusion on the horizon. I want the US to lead the charge, not play catch-up with China or Europe.
This isn’t just about energy, it’s about jobs, innovation, and showing the world we’re serious about progress.
Science and Objectivism: Reason Over Dogma
I’m a big fan of Ayn Rand’s objectivism. Don’t roll your eyes at me, quit it. I’m not talking about being a selfish jerk. I’m about reason, individualism, and rewarding hard work. And before you ask, yes, I did actually read the books.
I want policies that let people keep what they earn, innovate without jumping through hoops, and live without the government micromanaging their choices.
That means more funding for STEM, science, technology, engineering, and math, because that’s where the future is built.
I want to make school not a fuckin slop factory for blue-collared or white-collared stupidity. I’m talking challenging yourself, I’m talking about “You want to be an artist? Go for it. You want to run a business at the age of 14? Fuck it, why not?”
Look at SpaceX. They’re doing what NASA couldn’t, because they’re driven by results, not red tape. I want that energy across the board: biotech, AI, manufacturing, you name it. Let’s cut the horseshit and let our best minds run wild.
That being said, do I like Elon? No. Do I find his advancements inspiring and intriguing? Yes. Art from the artist, people.
Generational Justice

Here’s where I get heated. The boomers had their shot, and they built a system that worked great, for them.
Now we’re stuck with trillion-dollar deficits, a Social Security system that’s a ticking time bomb, and a housing market where you need a six-figure salary AT MINIMUM to afford a starter home.
I’m not here to bash anyone, but the numbers don’t lie: the national debt hit $36 trillion in 2025, and it’s climbing. Meanwhile, wages for young people have barely budged since the ‘90s when you adjust for inflation.
My plan? Overhaul entitlements so they’re sustainable, not a Ponzi scheme. Reform education so a degree doesn’t cost you a mortgage. (maybe even make the US dollar a scarcity, cough cough).
And fix the tax code so it doesn’t punish ambition. I’m not saying it’s easy, but I’m saying it’s necessary. We can’t keep kicking the can down the road.
Political Incorrectness
I’m not afraid to say what needs saying, even if it’s not polite. Too many politicians tiptoe around issues, scared of offending someone.
I’d rather be honest. If a policy’s dumb, I’ll say it’s fucking stupid. Whether it’s wasting billions on programs that don’t work or pretending we can solve complex problems with soundbites. My goal isn’t to make everyone happy; I want results.
Why President? Why Me?
I’m not a career politician, and that’s my strength. I’m a gamer who’s learned strategy from Civilization V and HoI 4. I’m a fitness nut who doesn’t quit. And I’m a Gen Z guy who’s lived the struggle, college debt, job market nonsense, and a future that feels like it’s slipping away. By 2036 or 2040, I want to be in the White House because we need leaders who get it: the tech, the culture, the challenges, and the stakes.
I’m not here to play the same old game. I’m here to rewrite the rules, and I’m starting now. This blog is my megaphone, my campaign HQ, and my way to connect with you, the people who want a future that doesn’t suck. (Because old people running the country are really really fucking bad at it)
Let’s zoom out for a sec. My vision isn’t just about America, I’m informed by what’s happening globally. Look at countries like South Korea and Japan, where high-speed internet and tech innovation are practically a religion.
They’re investing in nuclear and renewables while we’re still debating coal. Or take Estonia, a tiny country that’s basically a digital utopia, e-government, blockchain, you name it. We can learn from them: streamline, innovate, and stop overcomplicating everything.
On the flip side, look at places like Germany, where they shut down nuclear plants after their “Going Green” scam and ended up burning more coal.
Bad move. Energy prices spiked, and emissions didn’t drop as planned. That’s a lesson in what not to do, let fear override reason. I’m not saying we copy anyone, but we’ve got to be smart, not stubborn.
Private companies are shaping this too. Think about how Elon Musk’s companies,Tesla, SpaceX,are pushing boundaries.
But then you’ve got Big Tech and banks (Thanks Visa/Mastercard) pulling stunts like deplatforming people or denying payments over political differences. That’s a problem.
I want a system where no one, government or corporate, can silence you or freeze you out because they don’t like your views.
As of today, the political landscape is a mess. Inflation’s still biting, with prices up 3% year-over-year according to recent CPI data.
Housing affordability is at historic lows, Redfin reported the median home price hit $412,000 last month.
And don’t get me started on the culture wars, every week, there’s a new fight over what we can say, what we can play, or what we can think. This is why I’m stepping up. The system’s creaking, and we need fresh blood to fix it.
Social media’s buzzing with frustration too. I’ve seen X posts from people, gamers, workers, parents, who are sick of the same old promises.
One post that stuck with me: a guy said he’s working two jobs and still can’t afford rent. That’s the new normal. My campaign is about changing that.
This isn’t just politics for me, it’s personal. I grew up gaming, dreaming of a future where I could build something big like being a world-famous drummer.
But every step of the way, it felt like the deck was stacked against me. College costs were insane, average student debt is $30,000 now, per the Federal Reserve.
Jobs that used to be entry-level now want five years of experience. And so-called “applicant reviewers” wasting your precious time here on earth in America and not giving two shits about your current situation. (I love interviewing candidates but I would NEVER EVER hire one!) And don’t even get me started on trying to buy a house.
Gaming’s been my escape, but it’s also my inspiration. That’s how I see my run for president: a long shot, sure, but winnable with grit and strategy.
I’ve had friends get canceled for saying what they think, and I’ve seen good people lose opportunities because they didn’t toe the line.
That’s not freedom. I’m fighting for a world where you can speak your mind, chase your dreams, and not get crushed by a system that’s rigged.
Let’s talk about a parallel that hits home: the idea of a National Online Gun Registry. Back in 1993, the Brady Act tried to lay the groundwork for tracking gun ownership, and we’ve seen pushes since 2021, when Democrats floated universal background checks tied to digital records.
The problem? Centralized databases are a hacker’s dream. Look at the Tea app breach, 72,000 women’s personal data, including names and addresses, got leaked because of shoddy security.
A gun registry would be the same: a goldmine for criminals (or potential buyers) or anyone with an agenda.
Now, connect that to something like the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA). It sounds nice, protect kids online, but it’s a backdoor to censorship and data collection.
Just like a gun registry, it puts too much power in one place, ripe for abuse. The Tea breach shows what happens when you centralize sensitive info: it’s not if it gets hacked, it’s when.
My stance? Keep power decentralized, protect privacy, and don’t trust the government, or corporations, with your data AND MAKE PARENTS ACTUALLY ACT LIKE PARENTS, FOR FUCK’S SAKE!
The Lay of the Land
Right now, the political scene is a circus. Republicans and Democrats are at each other’s throats, with independents like me caught in the middle.
Key players like Senators Rand Paul and Elizabeth Warren are pushing their agendas, Paul for less government, Warren for more regulation, but neither side’s addressing the core issue: actual young Americans instead of throwing a shit-slinging hissy fit of “he said she said”.
Public sentiment’s souring too; a Gallup poll from June 2025 showed only 26% of Americans trust Congress. That’s a mandate for change.
My platform, individualism, innovation, and generational prosperity, cuts through the noise. I’m not aligned with any party machine (yet); I’m here for the people who’ve been ignored.
A New American Century
I’m not about fixing today’s problems, I want to work on the kind of country we want in 2050. If we get this right, we’re talking a tech-driven, prosperous America where anyone can rise.
If we get it wrong, we’re looking at more debt, more division, and more decline. My focus on nuclear energy, science, and freedom is a vision for a culture that rewards risk, creativity, and hard work.
But I’ll be honest: there are real concerns out there. People worry about safety, about kids growing up in a digital Wild West. I get it.
We need to protect the vulnerable, but not by handing over control to faceless systems that don’t care about us. There’s a better way, local solutions, parental empowerment, and tech that serves people, not the other way around.
So what about you, the reader?
